Okay, now I understand. I have silicone so can't comment on the difference between the feel of sili vs. saline but there are several gals on this board that have had both. Hang on as I know they will comment and help you with the question relative to replacement and skin thinning, etc. You do look great and very natural but I understand wanting them to feel as natural as they can as well!
