Who the hell are watching these kids!? I swear if I ever saw my kids taunting a dog they'd regret it in a big way. Unfrickenbelievable. Although buddies a bit of an idiot for having his dog in a yard with such a short fence and not on a tie up. Plus him not registering her isn't working in his favor.
