Yes your brake light was on because you have the park brake set. Drr, And did you check your wires? Coil? An engine needs 3 things to run, Air, Gas and spark. You likely have air so your left with fuel and spark. Check spark next. Might just want to change the wires and maybe a rotor bug and a cap if its cheap. Then check fuel, Injectors pluged? Injectors working? Test the injectors.

$335 thats alot of money for 4 steel rims, even if that isw including shipping. Just get some 2.5" backspaced rims from 4wheel parts, like $40-50 a piece. 1" isnt worth all that exra money, in my opinion.

Just saying hi, got a '85 4runner with 5" lift 35" tires, lockers front &
rear, 5.29 gears, 4 to 1 kit, twin stick, high clearance cross over
steering and the normal trail armor. If you watch Superlift's Off Road
Adventures on the Outdoor Channel it is Project: Cheap Trills from season

You should search on this. I have and found there is both good and bad as with any axles. I have a front and rear out of a 96 put don't think I'm going to use them cause of the steering issue and running leafs. Good luck.

Built a flat belly skid
Planning to put a 3/8" UHMW skin under the metal plate. All the in-frame nut-serts from the original cross member broke loose when I removed it so I'm drilling out new holes and welding in new nuts. Always something with these older vehicles.

X-Cab for sure - I'm constantly using the backseats... for camping gear and anything else that I want to keep dry.
Extended cabs are tough to find compared to the regular cabs - which is why you're not seeing many on here.

I wanted to add one more thing, when i say white smoke, I mean a billowing cloud of white smoke - not just a puff of white smoke.
Also, I did some searching and it appears to be head gasket related, but why is my compression readings all the same, and a bit low at that?
