The funny part was when I was sandblasting I had 3, yes 3 different air comp. T'd into a 80gal. tank so I could have enough CFM to do it. It was a sight to see and loud. All three were gas powered 5hp honda's. I even had another elec. Sears from a friend in case I needed another.

You know, W.E. Rock is always in need of more safety equipment. They desperately need a source to donate fire extinguishers to place at every course during a competition. I don't know if this is what you are thinking of but I will foreword this to the W.E. Rock people so you can talk to them directly. They are all at the Baja 1000 this week so they will not see this until next week. I only met Kevin once. He was at the W.E. rock...

This has probably been addressed before, but with all the dead build threads I can't find it. What is the advantage of the shackle design that wraps up to the top of the frame in the rear? Just curious. Leni

Ok guys, this thread is for any of you that have complete or half done F-Toys for sale or are looking for one. If you have parts that are "F-Toy specific" like window nets, shackle kits, maybe even a stripped frame, things like that you can post in here too. If it's just a regular Toyota part then the regular classified rules apply Post up.

Effective immediately, the Formula Toy class will no longer be a self governed class that follows certain series as the Board of Directors sees fit. Going foreword, the Formula Toy class will be added to W.E. Rock's regular class list and be promoted and ran by W.E. Rock as it pertains to their regular series. How will this effect you as a competitor? The only difference competitors will ...

Finally! I placed my order with Hendrix last week, and was assigned chassis #086. I plan to build it comp-legal, and do it on a moderate budget. My 4Runner is an IFS frame and fullwidth, so I'd be scrapping just about everything but the motor to go FToy with it, so I'm starting from scratch, and will have 2 rigs. Anyone who knows me knows that I like to fawk with my rig too often, and ...

Repost from Dezert Racing Forum. I'm building a x-chassis/formula toy. I havent been doing much lately but worked some serious overtime last month and have been buying parts like crazy. I'm out here in San Diego for the next few months from New England for work and wanted to check out some F-Toys if there are any around. It doesn't need to be finished, comp ready, or pretty, I'm just interested in seeing them in person to help convince me to buy one (I know, I have been on the fence for awhile now). Thanks, Ken PS.
