Sounds like a pretty good deal to me. You would have already made your money in just the upgrades it has on it. I would make sure the frame is straight before buying though. The axle should be able to handle 35s, more so the front then the back. It depends on just how hard you wheel it. I would do it if I had the money and the offer. Thanks

As long as you took both the outside and stub shaft snap rings off, then it may be corroded in place. put two of the
lock out screws in to get a better grip.

New pump might work, don't see that it would be braking. My granddad runs 36x13.50 with ARBs and steers kind of hard, but works and never fails.
Maybe pump is old? You can look at AGR, I had some issues with them (following their advice on certain things) but they did
a decent job handling the situation. They make decent higher performance pumps.
