You're right. When I post them I can tell there is something about them that reminds me of something and that's it! Probably the cloest to being in a magazine I'll ever get! J. J.

The LS9 is capable of over 800hp once you mess with the cam, tune, and pulley. It is easy to get lots of HP out of that and the titanium rods are too! I'd take a built/stroked/boosted LS3 over the price tag of the LS9 though. Not much comparison there.

For a four seater... It ain't a bad looking grocery getter (you'll have to excuse the Maxxis spare I threw on there... i know this must be some type of sin to have both brands but it's all I had in the shop for reference)

I think that is why a lot of guys try to use the calcs and then end up just doing what fits their rig and looks right. Too bad there is not a much easier way to find the COG

Rancho RS5000 valving?
Published (2009-11-25 00:19:00)
I'm curious how they get their "10 stages" of valving and what that actually means (if anything?!). I wonder if they tune with standard valve stacks, or do something more cost effective like simply drill different size holes in a piston. I'm sure a few people around here are in the know. I'm a little curious to tear one apart....

sorry if this is a re post. I just came across this thread on Race-dezert about suspension seats and broken backs. I figured I'd post a link to it here because it is so contradictory to conventional rock crawling knowledge. I have broken 3 suspension seats this past year and it is not fun. I am certainly going to look further into this topic. Have a read. http://www.race-...
