I've seen this diagram before, or something similar. IMO opinion, they've just got to develop a device like this to keep in stride with the competition.

this sounds very interesting. I'm a little concerned though of what protections are in place for the server-side account info/pw/controls and what can keep a hacker (or mischievous/disgruntled member of the RobLock team) from abuse.

I've noticed that also. A lot of people are sure posting up when they have questions b/c they are often being pushed off by the sale rep in the store they made the purchase in. Some of the recommended fix by the sale sales people are not helping the return rate. They don't even make sense, no wonder people are returning them. im trying this out now. i like the bird jumping up and down during loading and refreshing. replying seems to require acually typing the @ and name. so far its ok.
