Just work your *** out and put extra emphasis on cardio. Tighten your diet, the last 10 percent of looking perfect is the diet. Usually around every six months my friend competes (I don't but he does). He goes the extra mile and cuts his diet to perfection. I do with him as well. Six months ago for the first time in years I really put on my best foot forward to look great. I've always had some form of abs, but it wasn't as cut...

since thegame and tataknation started this like to post my first workout log here. i formaly started bill starr 5x5.
bench press (peak at 80kg)
rowing (peak at 70kg)
squats (peak at 70kg lame compared to my deads)
akala ko madali lang akala ko ah 3 exercises lang madali lang pero hirap din pagod na pagod ako gusto ko na matulog sa gym muna pagod at least na push ko naman ng konti...

Write your goals. Put it somewhere where you will read it everyday. Supposedly, in studies, people who write their goals are more likely to pursuit it.
Post a mirror somewhere you will pass through and see yourself and your body every time. Look at it, and see all the things you want to change.

I do believe that eating too much rice can really make your tummy bigger. This is one thing Im really trying to avoid most. So I prefer a meal with just 1 cup of rice only, that's for lunch and dinner. So that's just two cups of rice a day. I love to eat rice however I wanted to look good as well.
