I'm glad he's doing better--haha I'm suspecting sals too--but we gotta stay egg dairy and gluten free on top of that (celiac and TRUE allergies)-- seems impossible to me--don't know where to go from here-.man

Found this REFRESHING WATER PUNCH 1 Tablespoon Lemon Extract 1 Tablespoon Citric Acid 2 cups sugar 5 quarts water and ice (mixture) 1 lemon sliced (optional garnish) Mix Lemon Extract, Citric Acid, sugar, and water until dissolved. Add ice and lemon slices before serving.

The recipe I have is this: Lemon Water 3 c sugar 5 qts water 1 Tbsp lemon extract 1 Tbsp citric acid Combine and serve with lots of ice. Serves the masses!

I served this just today to 50+ people at my house. It was a hit with everyone. These are the proportions I used: 9 c. sugar 3 T citric acid 3 T lemon extract 3 gallons plus 1 qt cold water Lots of ice. Mix first 4 ingredients then add a lot of ice (I used an entire bag).

I am in the same boat I have a few more than him.... and I can have corn and chocolate... but basically the same. Look for allergen cook books that will give you some ideas. Google algerien free cooking there are some sights out there. Think outside of the box.... do you like fajitas... you can eat it as more of a stir fry instead. though they do make waps that might be safe for him. Stuffed ...

Did you buy top round or bottom round? I marinate mine in a flavored (like garlic or Italian) oil and vinegar salad dressing for 6 hours or overnight (because you want to tenderize round steak as well as marinate) then broil it.
