Good luck! As far as the gym goes, I think real phentermine escalated your
heart rate as it is, so just dont destroy yourself in the gym workouts...

Greetings, I have been taking phen-d for about a month now, and I have since gotten 2 nosebleeds at night. This may be common for some, but I had only one nosebleed in my
life before this. I haven't been to a doctor since I started the phen-d, but does it raise blood pressure. Would it be causing my nosebleeds some other way?...

Mine actually started to work after a few weeks, but then I forgot to take it, and I just thought, I'm gonna' keep going and see if I can do this and I did.
So, I'm selling my
perscription, I have about 2 months and some odd amount of pills left over.
Let me know if anybody wants it!...

Not like I am well-
versed on it, but it sounds as if it should work the 1st day, but....
I tried regular Phentramin and it was 4 or 5 days before I felt any help. I tried Phentramin-d and could tell a little help after the first dose.
I think the trick is recognizing ANY help as true help! Let us know....

Looks great! I can definitely tell in your face. That's really all I can see in the first pic but congrats! Keep up the hard work!
