Lol!! You had a feast, girly!!! Woo Hoo does that all sound good! I had two dinners...at the first one I had turkey, a small serving of cheese potatoes, a small serving of mashed potatoes (no butter), and a healthier serving of my mom's homemade noodles, and two slices of homemade bread (one sweet and one wheat) with butter, and a small slice of chocolate pie with whipped cream and chocolate chips on top, washed down with a big glass of...

susan , when you say you would take half, what mg were you taking? i am on 15 mg. and not sure how i would half it. sometimes, despite taking it i still feel SUPER HUNGRY. That happens more when i am working out with weights, but also the most important time NOT to over consume.

i tried to do one day of this, i am hypoglycemic but i am sugar sensitive if my sugar goes over 120. so i may be borderline diabetic. well it shot my sugar up to 200 and made me spacey and lightheaded. so i got off it and threw the rest away. i hears alot of people lost a ton of weight doing this. but it wasnt for me. i do better with phentermine , though i still battle blood sugar drops, but since i have lost like 36lbs its gettting better.

I'm not one of the guys, but I have a few problem areas myself that aren't exactly easy to deal with because they aren't on a part of your body that you can really isolate exercise for.
Anyway....if you stay with your diet and exercise program , you will see this problem start to reduce, trust me. It may not be noticable at first, but it will get better. A good thing to do is to take ...

Lol!! Aw, Susan , I'm sorry that you feel that way...but you shouldn't...after all, we are all human and if we didn't ever fall backwards every once in a while, we would get really bored only going forward all the time!!
You always tell us that we should never let it get us down...just admit our mistake and move on.....so here is a dose of your own smarts, lady!
You are an awesome ...

There are lots of different opinions on this one...and I think it all boils down to what is working best for you. Ideally, you should take it 30 to 45 minutes before eating, but for some that just doesn't work well. If what you have been doing is working, stick with it..."if it ain't broke, don't fix it!" kind of logic.

I would check with your dr. There could be some other issues going on that you are not aware of. It is way better to be safe than sorry.
There could be some scarring going on from your surgeries or something like that, so be sure to see your dr and find out for sure.
Good luck!

Hi, Jenna. If you have had a baby or a regular colon check, you might be familiar with enemas to empty bowels. You lose the weight of the matter which is being moved along inside your intestinal tract, but as soon as you eat, the digestion process begins again and you will gain the weight of normal routine bowel function.
If a cup of water weighs a pound(no; it doesn't) and you weigh ...

Water definately is a good thing while trying to lose weight...well, even when your not dieting for that matter!! lol!!
We have all "hit that wall" before, your body is going through some new "stuff" so it is going to do have some strange reactions at times, nothing too drastic, but things like that wall...it will pass and all you need is some patience and determination.
Keep ...

AMEN, sister! Thank you!
I banned 12 today! Spammers, trojan carrying signatures, viruses and smut.
Also, if any has any idea of a better way for me to put my initial welcome to new members (the top of the Meet and Greet thread), please give me a hand.
I don't know how to say welcome and also to tell newbies how to introduce themselves, navigate the forum, etc
You ...
