Have replaced a couple 506 cards , plenty of power bricks. In saying all that , Sapphire is a good system if you can get the customer...

Thanks for the info. 3 sites I that have the worst issues have in common: brown bx,same electrian ,supplier/terminal. I`ll be looking into. Was there a resolution to the sodium salt problem?

We have been seeing the exact opposite, the outside CAT sales are getting an pre auth, but when the sale completes it will not settle to the network, BP always points at VFI and VFI always says reboot the V900 which solves the problem. But we always seem to have to chase a half dozen tickets to get our money.
