Since I just own one store, I am not looking to purchase a very complicated system. I just want to reduce the amount of paperwork I have, and keep digital formats. > It shouldn't work at all. The CW department is literally designed to accept sales that include a cw plu not a "dept" sale to that dept. the workaround is to create a coinbox dept and use that for your tracking.
