Yes that is disgusting. I would love a treadmill for us all if I could afford but it would NEVER replace walkies, it's too important on so many levels. Pip

Genuis! People marketing to people too lazy to take that extra hour and walk the dog. We're a fatter world than ever before...we don't need to get exercise! And this way we can all ignore our pets even more! Yay!

Speaking of clicking, odd this thread jumped back to the front. I also 'restarted' clicking for Moska's heel. It's working great! It's an easy marker when she's in position and focusing well. The clicking noise also attracts her attention, obtaining an even more focused heel. It does have it's uses.

The only time I would bomb is when moving into a new apartment or home. And do it before moving anything in, then steam clean the carpets and wash the walls. Then start moving in.

Sucky! I just had my old car broken into right when we moved here. There's nothing as horrible as feeling violated.
What stupid theives to mess with anything on your property though! Wouldn't it have been fun to open the door and let Bram and Levon out?

Where in Canada do you live? I hear he's based out of Kelowna now (he still has his centre in Calgary too tho...)

It warms my heart whenever I hear pet adoption stories. It's really inspiring and it makes a big difference in the lives of the dogs and the owner. Dogs deserve to live a happy life! Thanks for sharing!

We've done a small amount with Tilly, Mandy and it was very effective indeed. We learnt it at puppy classes, where they gave us a clicker but it was a bit cheap so I bought a better one at my local pet shop.
At our class we did one click for the start of the exercise and two clicks when Tilly achieved what we'd asked of her.
Once she got the hang of it she knew that one click meant 'ooh get ...

It may be that the fleas were already in your new home before you moved in.
Tiffers has given excellent advice about this subject before, hope she pops in. I do know you need to be vacuuming every day, and put a flea collar in the bag. You should be using at least frontline plus, rather than regular frontline, because the plus formula breaks the life cycle of the flea.
And......sounds...

Dogs can be a lot more free giving of their good will than cats. Kaylee is everyone's best friend once she gets to know them. My brother in law's golden is an absolute sweetheart too.

I use regular cleaners. I just make sure it's rinsed well and dries before any of my babies are let into the room.

I don't see whippet either, but in the photo you can't see her tuck up. Is she small, like whippet size?
She has big ears, maybe like there's min pin or Manchester terrier in there.
