No, I'm saying, as I wrote it, that it's ok to ask for advice, as long as you don't get too used to everyone doing all the thinking for you! It's easy to get hooked on other peoples advice and not rely enough on your own inner wisdom...balance it is all I'm saying. You're young and still learning alot about where you are at in your life right now...it's important to become self-reliant as well as knowing you...

If you're still an advocate of flu vaccines, or even if you're not — you should watch this. To call this man passionate would be the understatement of the year. I have 2 new questions One: Isn't eating 8 bananas each day bad for someone? Two: My 10 am and 3 pm meals are now Green Smoothies, it feels much better than eating bread. I still am a little tired, so I hope this will change the next week. Next is changing my breakfast. I eat around 300-500 kCal for breakfast and want to change this to around 1000 kCal with raw food. Any tips for me? I don't want an Smoothie-only diet I guess....

I had chronic sinusitis for most of my life which disappeared when I quit eating dairy and any milk in any form. When I slip up and eat some dairy I immediately get a runny nose. However, I don't think this will help you a lot. I thought people in China don't eat much dairy anyway, right?

Not sure I can help - and I totally agree with everything you said. Only I don't drink milk at all. If I was to drink it - I'd try and find a local farmer who will sell you some raw milk, or even goat milk. Other than that, I think you can order raw, untreated Almonds on the Internet and than make your own Almond milk.

I have the same problem as you; however, since I started going to the gym and cut down on sugar I feel much better; the effects are not totally removed though, but for the most part, I am usually quite energetic and in a positive mood since I have been exercising and cutting down on sugar. I have also heard that sunflower seeds help, I usually take a small chunk of them a day. Best of luck to...

There's no question in my mind that we are now dealing with drugs for minor problems that have side effects worse than the problem they're supposed to fix. The solution obviously is to avoid them. As far as the pop tarts, while they're not terribly healthy as long as you aren't diabetic or overweight they really won't hurt you.

The weight you lost was water. I've seen people burn over 20lbs in 1 day of water. Bodybuilders on a mass phase eat about 1.5 grams of protein per lb of lean body weight, spread out over the day. You might need about ~150 gr protein per day. Trying to gain weight while doing TRIPLE CARDIO is impossible. Your doing morning cardio, cardio at work then cardio at night?? That's like a pre-...

I also found this and would like your reaction "there is not really any scientific mechanism that makes eating raw food better than eating cooked food." In fact, strict raw foodists lack concentrated protein sources, and often are deficient in vitamin B12, zinc, calcium, and vitamin D. Also, some foods are definitely better for you when they're heated; for instance, tomatoes have more heart-...

I don't think any of them are really healthy, but I believe goats' milk is superior to cows' and organic/hormone free of either is better than the regular stuff. Sorry I don't have any real deep information for you, but I do think that it's kinda weird to drink something intended for infants of another species. Just sayin'. Why is it necessary to have "real milk" as opposed to soy or the ...

1. You will be sterilized. 2. You will get cancer and die slow death. You're going to be a statistic soon. The effects would not be instant because that would be too obvious. 5 to 10 years down the road you'll start feeling it.

Maximize the quality of your bedroom air. Dust, dustmites, mold, solvents from paint or furniture etc. can cause breathing problems which reduce quality of sleep. And most of the time it goes unnoticed because, well, you're sleeping! Vacuuming often, airing and exposing the beddings to UV rays helps. I'm also looking into plants that increase quality of indoor air - see this TED video on the ...
