I would just like to clarify that there is a difference between being gluten intolerant (which just about everyone has some level of severity) and having Celiac Disease. Celiac Disease's main difference is that it is an Auto-Immune-Disease. In conjunction, in order to really see if you have Celiac Disease or not, you need to eat gluten steadily before the doctor's exam or else you might have a false negative result. Good luck with...

First, just plain sex or all kinds of sexual style activity?
If it's just the first part, 10930 days and counting.
I would say that many times a day and even at least once a day would use up enough sexual energy to leave you drained. It will be fun but you won't be at your peak energy.
Peak energy seems to be at 1-2 times a week, so the body is refreshed and relaxed without being ...

Leafy greens have an excellent amount of protein per calorie, but you have to eat a LOT of greens to get enough calories. For someone on a ~2000 calorie diet it'd be 10+ pounds. It's a fine source of nutrition, but if you want to be your primary source, processing it via chewing rather than machinery such as a juicer, blender, or by eating an animal that chewed it all for you, you'll be spending ...

If I'm tired, I sleep. If I'm tired and can't sleep because I have something to do, I drink coffee, and then book some extra sleep time for that night. If I find I'm perpetually tired I take a relaxing vacation - I'm fond of hot springs amongst other things.
Not sure those strategies will work for you, but it's what I've got. My experience is that most people who sleep very little end up ...

Well if it were me and I might join you on this one after nano is over - increase water consumption, take whatever supplements you deem necessary, focus on a general all round toning up type exercise to ease you back in with maybe some 'interval' work on whatever your device of choice is to start pushing yourself a little (or if you are a swimmer, sprints alternating with more prolonged stints). ...

Hell yeah, go ahead and do it! I take it you've read about the whole "30 day challenge" thing of Steve Pavlina's? Look around his site if you haven't. Are you curious about what will happen if you don't do it for 30 days? That's the best way to go at it, according to Steve, and in my experience so far with altering my sleep patterns I have to agree. Instead of the usual dogma and **** running ...

Andy, try eating for your blood type. Sometimes eating the "right" foods are not the answer for you depending on your blood type. For example; I'm an O positive blood type which requires me to eat red meat to get the most energy.
It's generally red meat 2-3 times a week. I can really tell the difference when
I haven't had it in my diet for a while. I also find progressive weight resistance ...

i think it may depend on the body. i wanna say i heard someone on a show (like some kind of 'expert') say to give yourself a week to adjust. but since every biological system has a few differences (like metabolism rates), some may adjust more quickly and some make take a little longer. i'll also say, you should have increasing improvement in the area of urgency. i'd think that would get better as...

improver, things like self-image are better found within us.
i feel like you want us to tell you whether you seem attractive or unattractive. or want us to say you are attractive no matter what. our opinions on your looks don't matter. your opinions matter.
i also think you might be using self-image as an excuse. self-image is your own responsibility primarily, and you are responsible for ...

Shampoo and conditioners are not needed. They are chemical addictions and withdrawel symptoms include greasy hair. People usually get addicted as babies. Around 2 months without it and the addiction is gone and water works great on your hair. There is thread about this on this forum.

I know that he has 5% bodyfat since below that he would be dead. So I have that also and that makes me get cold easily unlike chunkier (fatter) people. But I am a great swimmer. The bodyfat gives you the ability to lie like a dead fish and float.
So first get him in water that is not over his head. First he will learn that he is great at holding breath and swimming underwater. Have him do that...
