Restorative Strategic Input Connectedness Futuristic I can't tell how much of that was driven by flipping around here this evening. And I'm surprised I didn't get Intellection. I also think Futuristic was overweighted; I answered in favor of the future a lot, but I haven't played the futurist for a long while now. I think that's more a product of my job (being a web developer makes it useless to speculate about the...

If the world is made of leaders and followers, there are very few positions for conscious people, no? If one assumes leading is the only path to conscious living. Leaders are few by definition. Everyone can't be a leader or the whole structure breaks down. You could argue that everybody could be an entrepreneur and entrepreneurs could work together via independent contracts. The thing is, a conscious employee relationship, assuming it...

Well I have been on both sides. One, where I know significantly more on the subject than my partners do and two where some know more than me. I know it's frustrating when you know more and know your ideas are better than the ones suggested. Or when you see someone doing something in a less efficient way than you normally do. And sometimes it's like comon get it together guys. But on the other end it's annoying for people not to...

I do a lot of writing. I have to say that I get a lot ideas from listening to lectures on various subjects on my Ipod. People who are good speakers and can relate there messages clearly to an audience will demonstrate the proper way to hold peoples attention. After all, you are "speaking" to your reader through words. Write like you are speaking, or telling a story to someone sitting next to you ...

Mine would be "Light His Fire" by Ellen Kreidman. I had the audio book first and listened to it back in the 90's and now own the book. This is when I first realized that trying to change others doesn't work, it's in changing ourselves first and by doing that you will change their response. It was a excellent starting point for me

Can't we also provide even more value by having a highly consciencious team in a highly consciencious business? Is everyone in the world truely suited for business? I can definitely relate to the feeling... It seems the more I learned about personal development, the more I found my previous convictions being stripped away. I guess.... it really comes down to your world view, your ...

If you know something your partners in a project do not, it's perfectly fine (and encouraged) to share your information with them. You just want to do it in a way like, "Oh, what about trying it this way?" Some others can come across annoying if they sound like a know it all or control freak.

Unasked honest opinions are usually not welcome so I refrain from that (biting my tongue a lot). If people want my opinion on something I first check if they really want an honest opinion or rather flattery. If I give my opinion I usually also say why I have that opinion. Gives the other the opportunity to correct false assumptions on my side. Being honest is very important but so is ...

No. A darkworker can be quite "happy" and pursue new ends just for the sake of doing it. Lightworkers do it for others, darkworkers do it because they can. If you've ever taken on a huge challenge, succeeded, and then immediately looked for a bigger dragon to slay, you understand the mindset. Dislike-or unhappiness-can be a powerful driving force to anyone in the right context. Polarity ...
