Call Hitchmasters in Van Nuys Calif. Been doing biz with them for over 20 years. They will build whatever you want however....I would make it solid steel then have it black chromed.

Accurate hitch in SCV did my 14 1/2" drop with a 10,000 lb rating and never had one problem with no bars. It was his hitch and drop. 661.251.9234 they also have everything you need for your truck.

I have BFG's on my truckand love them! what I don't like is when they were brand new they would pick up gravel in the tread and then throw it out on to the truck when I got back on the asphalt! they were a/t 285/70/17

I've had decent luck with my BFG All-Terrains. Good traction off road, especially aired-down in the sand...terrible in mud, though. But my next tire will be Nitto Terra Grapplers. I know a few people who own/love them, and many guys on the Cummins forums swear by them.

I have a 98 C-3500 dually with a Vortec 454. Great motor and runs strong with gobs of TQ. The only weak link is the peanut port factory heads and the sprinkler style fuel injection. I think I am going to swap on a good set of aftermarket heads and change out to an Edelbrock Pro Flo EFI. Already running Thorley headers and custom exhaust with an intake and tuner.

they were pretty strong, not vortec 454 strong, but they got the job done. look into 1 of those airraid tbi spacers that corkscrews the fuel charge into the intake, you just bolt it between the intake and manifold, i'm sure you've seen them before. good k&n replacement air filter in the stock air cleaner , leave the tube that goes to the fender off.it'll pick up bout 2mpg and 30hp, nuff to feel ...

My guess if you can find no leaks is the injector sleeve. Does it have a little smoke?
