You only need one disc and one key, with no registry hacks or external programs of any sort. Just let it do its thing, then do it again but with the key. I'm pretty sure you don't even have to wipe the old partition, but it'd just be taking up space otherwise.

When I got my pre it synced my gmail contacts. So my contact list was basically useless because it had everybody I'd ever emailed in it. edit: fortunately I could just type in the name of whoever I wanted anywhere and it pulled it up.

Finally bagged a download of Pro 64-bit. Now for the XP 32 -> 7 64 process... Edit: Fully installed (Wouldn't accept key during install, was concerning - worked fine when activating, though). Feel like I've woken up from cryogenic freezing; I skipped Vista so this is ridiculously different. Yet extremely pleasant.

What brand surge protector? Is everything plugged in? This includes ethernet, phone, and power cables. Also, no extension cords can be plugged into a surge protector.
If a surge protector failed to protect your equipment following these guidelines, there should be a warranty. If there isn't, well, buy a new surge protector with a warrenty. I love my Belkins.

I have been really displeased with my Nokia N97 I got back in June and my AT&T coverage is shit where I live where as my Verizon work phone get nice quality all around the apartment.
I stayed away from Verizon just because they lock out stuff on phones and make you have to go through their Vxast thing or whatever. Is the Droid pretty free in configuration terms?

The worst thing about 7 is that there's no pinball. The pinball game included with XP is great.

Search on the market for HUD. There are sever Heads Up Display apps out now for your car.
I've been using SpeedHUD. You turn it on and place your g1 on your dashboard. The reflection from the window to the dash projects your current speed, heading, and acceleration along with graphs for the latter two in a transparent format in front of your eyes. So far, I love every second of it....

Glancing over some people's potential builds, I must ask:
It seems that people are buying retail/box CPUs. The retail boxes usually come with Heatsink+Fans. Is it necessary or preferable to buy, separately, specialized Thermal Compound and another, better HeatSink+Fan to use instead of the boxed/retail HSF that comes with the CPU?

I'm pretty sure we're looking at the climax of text-based internet communication. The protocol is open, the source is open, it'll gain traction by default because it's made by Google, and there's interoperability between waves. Additionally, it's flexible enough to be used for a variety of different purposes.
I could see a wave with an extension or two replacing a development mailing ...

Yeah, I love Verizon for my service and for the friends and family, but I am going to be switching soon. Very soon, in fact I think my plan just ended today.

Err um sort of... So should my class should belong to an object? Should I not be using static?
Why then does the textbook example work, it uses a static method:

Personally, I would stay away from the Archos tablet because although it is built on Android, it was made without Google's cooperation, which means no apps, no gmail, etc.
