PGC trapping wildlife for trade?

Me either Dredly. This was news to me! I dont know if i can call BS yet because i havn't found a way to verify either way over the web, but i can see points on both sides of this subject that would make it seem like a reasonable accusation.

Nothing on Monday AM but a lot of rain and cold. saw one walking quickly at 200 yards but I didn't want to risk a wounding shot This morning at around 7:45 4 came through, shot a real big doe. rifle hunting is soooo easy compared to rifle. 80+ yard, went 20 yards and died

Smoking Cigars while hunting?
Published (2009-11-29 01:00:00)
I've been thinking of just getting some dip for hunting instead of smoking. I guess if you stay down wind it's not a big problem. Then again I was thinking of asking my hunting partner not to smoke in the car on the way up, so we don't get caked in cigarette odor.

In Pa. baiting is legal in the Special Regs areas. It's got to be on private ground and there are some other restrictions but it's legal here. Dale

This deer was taken in MD, baiting deer is legal in MD. DNR wants the herd thinned, I guess that's why it is allowed. The deer #'s are pretty high in the central and eastern shore parts of the state. I shot him right here on my land I live on.

ive live my whole life in a prime deer hunting spot where it wasnt a problem to get a nice sized buck and a big doe every year on the 4000 acre farm next door that has a limited access to a lucky select few of us. but ive hunted solidly since monday morning and have yet to see anything more than a squirrel. And as i talk to more and more hunters noone is seeing deer like they should this year. ...

So, you want to live in bear country, but don't want them around You provide food for them, then call them a nuisance... It won't leave the food you leave out, so you poach it.... I'm kinda confused here......

I haven't hunted deer since I was kid and I was planning on starting again this year, but it just never happened. I'm determined that I'm going to start again next rifle reason, though. I have a few questions for the hunting gurus here. 1. Antler restrictions - How many points does a buck have to be for me to take it? Also, if I have an "anterless deer" tag, does that allow...

I'm new to hunting this year. I'm going with a buddy of mine who happens to be a long time hunter. I'll have my PA hunting license, but I also have my License to Carry Firearms issued in Westmoreland County. From what I found on these forums, I am allowed to conceal and carry my Beretta 92FS while hunting. Is that correct? I simply would feel safe with protection while out ...

I cut around the anus, pull it out, then either tie the rectum in knot or use a string to tie it off - keeps pellets inside.. I then cut upwards to the sternum, removing the penis & "gnadz" without cutting the bladder. Then I start removing the lower cavity contents. After that I open up the diaphragm and remove the upper cavity contents, reaching way up in to cut off the esophagus.

Hey guys, season's about to be here. Post your pics, stories, whatever. Here's a pic of a buck I shot today in MD, I shot him with wasp boss broadheads, he was 41 yards (LOOK AT THAT HIT!) he only went 35 yards and fell over, using a Hoyt pro elite @ 52#.

I knew I was going to peak someones curiosity when I said 7.62x39. I am using a yugoslavian sks and if you would like to know how in the world i can get away with using it (which is probably what you're thinking) i can gladly explain how its done. The wolf was my choice as its WAY cheaper than the Winchester ammo, but at least with the brass coated winchester ammo i can save the casings for ...

I plan on wearing my work boots, jeans, and a thermal hoodie. All the camo in the world can't hide 250 square inches of fluorescent orange. Our father's and grandfather's didn't have the access we do to RealTree or MossyOak. How did we ever survive before them? Wear your BDU's! A whole hell of alot cheaper than getting geared up like these "professionals" you see on TV. Plus, we ...

They probably look down on it from a PR standpoint. On Monday, you'll see the most creative "deer mounts" on autos...and I'm sure they get complaints from people who are sitting at a red light with a dead deer staring at them with it's tongue hanging out and blood running out its nose. Nom, nom, nom... More:
