On second thought, maybe not. The Pre is sort of old now, but I have always loved it. They have a GSM version that I may get my hands on sometime later.

non ya business, and nothing special... just messin.. my board is just an 09 sims protocol with burton freestyle bindings. I have a pro-form for any ride/k2 setup I want, I just have to stop being lazy and find what I want online. It's not worth it to me to buy anything really expensive because I only go maybe 15 days a year.

I am excited to see, that is for sure. DP has done a great job with all
their markers to date. It will be a good and bad thing if they release a
poppit marker in the polish purple w/ silver accents. Good because it will
be a hot looking marker but bad because I will have to buy another marker
and be that much more in debt. I just love the purple that DP puts out.

I feel for you. I've had my Threshold for almost two years now, and it constantly has issues. Often what you think might be "bolt stick" is actually a solenoid problem. The Threshold regulators are notoriously bad at maintaining decent pressure, and mine blew out my solenoid twice before I went to a CP reg. Even after replacing my solenoid and changing to the CP reg, I had a solenoid go out again...

well if the main thing you are looking for is efficiency then go for the protege, it will blow the spec-r out of the water in that department.
also look around for used protege's, rather than spending 550 on one.

well i bought the g3 parts kit and it has some of them in it
i can send you some if you would like...
i could prolly do it in a letter so i dont need any cash
but i would say buy a parts kit because you never know when you would need
it
