I got 221g on May 10th for client letter verification,
till now they did
not even verify with client. I am not sure how long they will take for

I want to get my H1 Stamping done in Mumbai consulate, I came here on a F1 Visa and in between switched schools for second Master. I also had a OPT which I used before I joined the other school.

I have got my h1b extension approved. I have the older visa currently running uptill dec 09 and the extension is valid from there on. I am planning to go to india in oct 09 for a week and get my new h1b stamped. I would like to ask the follwoing questiosn
if the new h1b
stamping gets into issues can I return on my old visa, which is stamped and valid til dec 09. Lets say I try coming ...
