@Phil, well If you have the double din and manual A/C controls like I do, I just popped the wood grain panel out that went around them and removed the 4 hex screws. After that I just messed around with pulling the panel out and while gently trying to remove it, I stopped and tried the keys on my radio again. Thanks, Mike. I did the same basic thing you did today. Pulled the buttons from either side of the radio and then was able to get the keys to work. And then I pulled and pried and........... Nothing broken and I got the stupid ipod adaptor I have owned for over 2 years installed finally! Phil
