Lots of great advice given. Just a penny's worth from me. We don't get 2 up as often as I would like so I tend to get into solo habits. Then we are 2up and it takes me about 50 mikes to get back into 2up habits. Things like putting both feet down when I stop. Grabbing the first place to park instead of cruising around the parking lot for a better place to park. Not going into the turn as hard. Getting gas before we start our trip or...

Was hoping to go this year Lisa but turns out I have a Solar Voltaic class that whole weekend. What a bummer. I went last year and it was real neat. Maybe I can make it after work on Friday. Have fun!

Hi and welcome to the Forum.
Have you tried aftermarket?

Ebay is good source if you're looking for parts for older machines.

That's at a pretty high state of development for a concept bike. You expect more billet and less realistic switch gear.
They more or less promise 6-banger K-bikes in the press release.

Yep, I'm going through it right now!! I still would rather ride to work, weather permitting, but I haven't really had the urge to go for a ride on my days off.
I blame it on my other "newest" hobby! I would rather stay home and putter on my cars or surf the internet for more of them!! That and hubby works all the time, so he can't ride. So it is better to stay home with him and the cars! He...

It's entirely normal for a passenger's movement to throw the rider's balance off when riding slowly.
My wife has learnt - because I made it a condition of her getting on the bike - that when I'm riding slowly then she simply does NOT move at all. Not even her head - ESPECIALLY when I'm filtering (lane-splitting).
Your pillion passenger can relax completely as the only time they have to...

Many years ago in Dallas, one of the city's largest dealers (Ken- Ray Ford) painted two new pickups in day-glo safety colors (one orange, one chartreuse) because they were tired of having their parts runners constantly in the body shop for repairs. Those two pickups lasted about 10 years on busy Dallas streets with a near perfect safety record. After 10 years those trucks were faded and starting...
