I suspect it's because of the crazy week he's had and he'll get back to his normal in the coming days. While 96.5 is low, it's not concerning low. My guys actually drop their temp frequently when they are fighting something, or recovering from something, and have been as low as 95.5 and were still okay. SO sorry you guys all have this crud!!! THRILLED to hear Nate is recovering now though.

There's another thread like this just posted, you might get some answers there too! To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 5 or greater. You currently have 0 posts. I do know our mito doc said low temps are pretty common. She didn't give us a reason for it though.

Hi, we are just starting the mito cocktail and have been on CoQ10 for a couple of weeks. We have to add L carnitine this week and creatine monohydrate 1 gram twice a day next week. I don't have any experience of giving it yet. We do have problems lately with muscle pain, heavy aching legs and the feeling of having been walking all day. I guess that may be like a lactic acid build up sensation ...

Since Nate was so young when he has his biopsy, I am not sure how long it would take her to walk on it again. However, he was crawling the next day...sort of gingerly, but still getting around. Maybe she is still really sore?? Hope it improves soon!

I'm not sure, but I would think increasing lactic acid does indicate something metabolic- right? What type of metabolic testing has she had done?
