Hi, I installed plesk billing by plesk update menu. But my plesk billing only

I have installed mb 5.6.0 and am using php
v 5.2.6. Everything has installed fine. But when I try to login to the administrative panel, it does nothing. I know I am entering the correct password and username.

I just installed the latest STABLE and I would bet the farm that I installed it correctly. This is like my 10th time installing MB. After a successful migration from MB4 to MB5 and username is blank. Clients are still able to login, but it is effecting the Kayako integration. Is they are way to mass
populate the username for all clients?
