RLMbassist I have been watching that new series on tv Pawn Stars on the history channel among other things on history. Also the hospital surgery shows to see what my guts look like. Ed the only reason I am seeing a specialist is so if any thing else is wrong along with the hernia. The doctors seem to see another problem along with the hernia, a double wammy if you will. That is why all the different hospital visits before the surgery. Since my...

Cheapdad, that horse looks like he's actually smiling for the camera. Your daughter is beautiful, but you already know that. I'll take a glass of what you're drinking, Brother Bill. Merry Christmas to all.

I hear that! Here in northern MN, we have been without electrical power for hours-to-days in the past; watching homes across the lake (on a different grid), unoccupied and their yard lights glowing. Power company finally cleaned up their rights of way and we have no troubles. For now.

I'm not whining, just sharing! Get your preps in order before something goes wrong. The day of, or the day after isn't the time to realize you don't have what you need. Bean, how the heck am I supposed to use that stuff when I can't even keep the string on the phone cans? What about those gadgets that allow you refill a small propane cannister from a large one? Are those safe/legal to use? If I could refill the little ones,...

I think your close Todd. I'm getting the same here, no e-mails and every time I call, the phone just rings,
no answering machine. Maybe the storm took out the phone lines in his area. ???

I'm hoping to get some hunting tips from the cat, he's a survivor. I don't think I'm much for the sparrows and mice he'd hunt though. These
cats are special creatures. I left him with a few catalogs to look through, and we'll have some fun. Its nice to know you're helping out a little bit
in our world by taking in a stray animal, or person for that matter.

What is funky about the sling attachment? It looks like a normal AK/SKS type clip there.
Nice looking Albanian!
I'm not up on the Tec weapons, but it looks menacing and may frighten soccer moms and small children.....

Sound like myself when I was 15. Except I wanted to shoot a M1 Garand well I knew a guy from my gun club who let me shoot his and ever since that day I need to
get one . That man helped me with so much about anything related to
milsurps. Even giving me a full bandoleir of 8mm turk to shoot from my m24/47. Since then he has passed away but I will never forget him and how much he
helped. He was ...

Listen to your doctors.
But don't despair over a simple surgery with a half-inch incision.
Our lady friends routinely have their "tubes" disabled with similar sized incisions (one on each side), and go home the same day.
My wife drove herself home after the surgery, and she still reminds me of having to do so 20 years later.

Jewish youth from where? To this day, there are only about 1,200 Jews in Poland. The Nazis got rid of the other million.
Who knows what kind of nut or idealog did this? A group whose political goals are furthered by Holocaust denial?

Home is Phoenix, AZ. I checked Amtrak and Greyhound. All Amtrak trains to Arizona are routed through Chicago and that leg is booked solid for the next three
days, so Amtrak is out of the realm of possibility. We could get him on a Greyhound, but that is a 2-1/2 day trip. I guess we play the waiting game till
tomorrow to see if United Airlines is able to get him on a flight. The weather is ...

Hey shotout,
The steyer can be had a little cheaper if you have a dunhams near you for around $175-$199. But those prices are in my area and most of them are almost brand
new with little to no cosmo. There is still surplus 8x56r ammo for around $1 a shot and new ammo is made by hornady for around $25-$30 for a box and is
re-loadable. The No1 MkIII is a good gun but a little harder on brass ...
