I have sent the files you asked for in an e-mail after uninstalling and reinstalling it. I went clear down to the bios and removed any and all mention of Pando from my machine...rebooted...defragged and then reinstalled it and the same stuff happens and when it gets part way or at 98 or 99% it ALWAYS crashes. As I said this never happened before I got this upgrade and from checking a few people it is not just me this is happened to, I would...

Unable to Update in XP

I have been unable to update Pando in XP. It downloads about 99% and then stops. Any suggestions? Thank you

Pando and Googlemail

Peter, the problem is that when I try to download a pando attachment delivered by gmail, gmail simply reloads. I am unable to download the attachment. I did find that if I right click on the attachment and choose 'open in new window' then the attachment will open. I hope this makes sense.

Hello, Can you turn on Advanced logging? To Do this: 1. Start Pando 2. Hit Alt-Ctrl-Shift-L 3. Check debug 4. Set log size to 1000k Let Pando run until the error shows itself again, then send us a copy of the .pando file and your logs so we better diagnose the issue. We will need to see some of your log files to get a better idea of what is happening. The log files that we need to look at ...

It sounds like Pando was only partially isntalled, can you try reinstalling?

Hello Waiting for Sender commonly indicates that the sender is either still uploading the file, or when offline before the file was completely uploaded to our servers. You should ask them to resend the file, or leave their copy of Pando online until your download has completed. I got it to download and send. little brother had me install microsoft updates then reboot. but there is no icon on desktop and there is no pando program listed in the list of programs. there is an icon in the system tray. so at least it is working now Val

This can happen if your firewall software is blocking the Pando setup installer. Does your software have an exception for our installer?
