If you are upgrading from the 650 to the 755p and using the same Hotsync ID on the new device, then I agree they should have the courtesy of providing a new code. Really? Sheeps, sorry to sound as ignorant as I actually am in this matter. I did read somewhere that the Tungsten E (2003) came with OS4. My mistake. Is there anywhere on my palm that I can find the OS version? It's eluding me, as so much alse is. Next question: I know there are releases of up to version 11 of Docs to Go, but will these higher versions work on my old palm? I would really like to figure this out. ...

I cannot verify that the built in security is compliant. Yep, 6.x is ancient. In fact, I think 7.x was the first version that actually worked in newer Palms. If you can spare the $30 for the upgrade, it's well worth it if you're coming from 6.x or 7.x.

Hi, it could be that the page is just too large but it may also be because the website will not let you do anything but view it on a Moile/PDA You say they are both 'secure' websites, and for example, I can view my bank webpages but I can't do any 'secure' stuff like LogIn to make tranactions etc My banks insist I use a 'real' computer to do this. If this is the case with your 'secure' websites...

I have been using Palm software for 10 years. I've owned many different models. I'm currently using a Tungsten E2. I just bought a Palm Treo 800. The Treo 800 doesn't have Palm applacation on it. I have to convert over to Micro Soft Outlook. I would prefer to stay with Palm (as I'm so used to it). Is it possible to download Palm software on my Treo? Thanks.

Hi, I am unable to install Palm desktop 4 on my laptop. It used to work earlier and stopped recently. I have installed it too by the Add/Remove program option. It goes through the install wizard, extracts a few file and then returns "Internal Error 2738". An help is appreciated. Thanks
