hi ice.. huh i might be having some bad news.. i mean my friend whose in doha right now.. got her ticket and visa 1 day before her flight.. she was supposed to fly on some date and then qr changed it.. then she got her visa and ticket 1 day before the flight.. its only then that she knew that she was flying the next day in the afternoon.. call them and tell them that you need your flight details at least 1 week before the actual flight.. hope...

Hi everyone! Lilywings, that numbers 16/20 and 8/10 are for vision accuracy, thats snellen chart test Atlanticman is asking, I guess, about Ishihara test, which is colour blindness test. I don't think that it will be a problem if you can not see all of the pictures on the book, as long as you can see most of them. My doctor just showed me the first 3 pages, actually. Hope it helps!

it is so strange that some people have been waiting longer then others. for example - i had my FI on Oct 20th and still waiting?? and yours on Nov 3rd and you have your answer, but one of the other girls i speak to on the 23rd had her Final Interview and he group is still under review... hmm maybe they dont have a system to how they order it or something lol. Just saw your post, you have to go onto there web site and apply through there, however at the moment i think they are not doing any recuriting at this time. They did it all a few months ago.
I applied in April and got through, However i was put on " active Hold "
Once i heard that Qantas were advertising i applied for them and have been flying with them for over a month, they ...

well i've applied fopr the guest services role with VB (applications closed 11th august) and now i've been invited to the VBRD being held on Wednesday 19th aug....
i wonder hw it'll be... i'm a nervous wreck already ...
i've gone thru most of the threads and everyone just keeps emphasizing tht it'll be fun....

if you are under 20 they wont take you.. however, if you are 19 and you are going to turn 20 in the 6months following the OD then they might consider you.. i think that they take applicants over 20 because of their alcohol serving policy.. but im not sure.. maybe somebody else can give you a sure answer..

Having worked for another white-tailed red rocket, wheew they're struggling to meet an EBA agreement - and now working for this low life carrier 'LLC', can I suggest you don't even bother applying.
The conditions are shocking, they run by the seat of their pants and have no f_ckin clue about crew.
It's run by monkeys that have never run an airline in their life, are naive and wonder why ...

The bit that I'm most pleased about is where you have said "I wont find out dates until end of February", I was getting myself worried and depressed by the fact I hadn't received a course date yet, but I believe they are still recruiting which would explain the delay. Hi,
I have been thinking about working for Ryanair.
I live in Spain and I have been accepted on the training course which starts in September. I know the training costs, as does the accommodation, but I have read a lot of unpleasant and negative things about the work after the training has been completed.
Any information would be very much appreciated.

all this VIP/Corporate airlines are recruiting at the moment, and they are all based in Geneva, but with the possibility to work either 2weeks on/2 of, or similar
I know for sure that only Albinati requires females so if u r a boy just give up, and try something like Tag or Privatair or Comlux which are apparently desperate...
