I want something that I won't really have to pay much for right now, but that will give me a lot of money when he dies. What is the best? How old is he? Term life insuance can get nasty premiums as he gets older and you don't get equity out of it. If he is youngish and you are...

Is it true that > 40% of our insurance premiums goes to the insurance agent? How about if we buy mutual funds thru our insurance agents? do they also get a commission out of it? is it cheaper to go to the head office of this insurance companies to avoid the commissions? Hoping for an honest answer. Thank you

Published (2010-01-02 12:53:00)
Happy new year, everyone! I receive no employee benefits from my current company so gusto ko sanang bumili ng health insurance. I started shopping around last December lang and I have some questions that I hope somebody can help me with: 1. What's the difference between health insurance and an hmo? 2. Napansin ko lang that most companies now offer hmo programs more than health insurance....

Cancel the charge on your credit card, hsbc will let you defer the charge until they figure out what happened (not sure if they'll extend your credit limit though). Also, get a lawyer to formally charge these guys so you can show hsbc about the fraud that was committed. rest assured that there is a principle in finance/insurance that the court will always favor the consumer since the contract is drawn up by the insurance company.

Presently, only rural banks can offer the discussed rate of 20% p.a. Rural banks are tasked to promote "microfinancing" to Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) lending between 2.5% to 5% per month. Can you imagine if other banks like commercial banks can offer the same rate? All rural banks will have no clients anymore.
