It seems it has something to do with the way Microsoft Obfuscates their 64bit registry entries into their 32-bit architecture. Feature request: support wildcards usage in creating custom rules. As far as I can tell, custom rules currently only target files or processes with specific names. Allowing the use of wildcards would let users create rules much easier and with more flexibility.

My system is fully updated. I haven't installed any codec packs. WMP is version 12.0.7600.16415. Happens with all video types/codecs I've tried. WMV (wmv3 codec), MTS (a52 codec), MPG (mpgv codec), avi (xvid & mpga codecs), MOV (avc1 & mp4 codecs). I think it might be a problem with ThreatFire.
