Sounds like you have been hijacked.
If you have
anti-virus program, do a full scan.
If you have anti-spyware, do a full scan.
Run hijack this. There is a tutorial in this forum if you search for it.
If still not working, run the follwoing scans
Spyware Doctor
Malwarebytes
Superantispyware,
Avira antivirus

Make sure that you have the latest version and the latest update which, as of this date, is 6.1.0.447,
db 6.13040 and that you run a full scan.
If it still can not clean it, it may be some new variant and go to this post.

Fire up the the latest version of
Spyware doctor beta v7 and this should remove just about everything. I found this version to be very effective in removing all kinds of infections.
