I'm looking for a new suite (not sure I like the McAffee freeware i hane now) I've looked at BitDefender, ZoneAlarm, Trend Micre etc. We have 2 computers, so I'll get a pack. Do you recommend one over the other? I want spam control with it and a good real time protection. I'm getting confused reading about them. Thank you very much for all your help.

I am unable to open the Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware Log. When I select the the log & click "Open" a box pops up tha says, "Works is unable to open the the project you selected. The file may be corrupted." Is there another way that I can open the log? I lookforward to hearing from you soon. Thank You

We have a Dell computer and XP Home. Avast is our full time Scanner. Sat I was unable to use Yahoo browser or IE to connect to the internet. I'm able to use IE only in Safe mode with networking. Thats how I'm posting now. I've scanned with Superantispyware,Malwarebytes,Hijackthis,and RSIT. We have an external hard drive also. Howdy all.. Well I am pretty good at reading hjt logs but cant seem to figure this one out... Every time I run a tests (I am using Vipre all updated etc) it keeps finding gamevance?? Hi and welcome I see you have Avira antivirus, AVG8 antivirus and maybe McAfee?, on this computer. Need to get it down to only one antivirus or we'll run into major problems with tools and scans. This will need your attention first. Note: More then one antivirus doesn't give any added protection, most cases it can actually reduce security and use a high amount of your computers resources....

Update: Tried logging in as his wife instead of the administrator and voila, I was able to run hjt and get a log. I also got the quick launch taskbar at the bottom, but when I minimize open documents they disapper completely.
