Try this. Select all the thumbnails, right-click, choose "Refresh thumbnail" from the context menu.

Hello. Windows 7 (W7) has different "special" folders for Documents, Pictures, and a few others.  I have several large zipped icon files.  Should I decompress these files, store their .ico/.bmp contents in the Pictures library folder, and recompress them (not in a group with .zip extensions, but using the "Compress Folders" checkbox on their Properties sheet?  What I'm asking is whether W7...

Thanks, Neil This morning all the thumbnails were displayed correctly . . . Magic! . . . I didn't have to do anything.  I'll remember "Refresh thumbnail" in case it happens again.

For the most part, increasing the amount of virtual memory won't make any difference in your gaming performance. Besides, Windows automatically resizes the swapfile/pagefile as needed.
