Diagnosed with PCOS today Hello all!
Newbie here, I was just diagnosed with pcos today. Not really sure what to think of everything. I do not really even know what to say yet. Glad I found this place, seems like I will be able to gain a lot of info from it. That's all I got for now...still not sure what to say about everything.

I don't think anyone that knows what they are talking about will say that losing weight is the miracle cure for PCOS. Anyone that knows about it will tell you that losing weight is much harder for women with pcos. A lot of us even with a "good" diet and regular exercise are overweight. I can relate. The same thing happened to me. I went off the pill in January, I had a couple of AFs and then nothing. My job is extremely active. I've wondered if this contributed or caused my PCOS. I don't think anyone can really answer that question for us. I hope to take a break from work soon in hopes that it might help me TTC. In the mean time I am also going on Clomid soon. I hope...
