Welcome! This site is great. If you have any specific questions you can ask. I found out I had PCOS when I was 18 and started TTC #1 with DH about a year and half ago. I started taking fertility meds a year ago and still patiently waiting on a baby.

I cant get clomid prescribed with out seeing the RE which I saw but just for PCOS and couldnt really talk about TTC because then it would be infertility which they told me just for a infertility appointment i would have to pay $970 which i cant afford thats not even with the...

Diagnosed with PCOS today Hello all! Newbie here, I was just diagnosed with pcos today. Not really sure what to think of everything. I do not really even know what to say yet. Glad I found this place, seems like I will be able to gain a lot of info from it. That's all I got for now...still not sure what to say about everything.

I don't think anyone that knows what they are talking about will say that losing weight is the miracle cure for PCOS. Anyone that knows about it will tell you that losing weight is much harder for women with pcos. A lot of us even with a "good" diet and regular exercise are overweight. Most PCOS women need a specialized diet that deals with glucose more then fat. Sure, losing weight is an ...

I don't think anyone can really answer that question for us. I hope to take a break from work soon in hopes that it might help me TTC. In the mean time I am also going on Clomid soon. I hope...
