Exhaustion!
Published (2009-11-24 15:12:00)
There is a possiblity seeing as we're not on birth control.. Its been mostly this week though. I'm always somewhat tired but this week all I've done is slept. I never thought of the iron. That could be the problem seeing as how I had a problem with my iron in my mid teens. Thanks for jogging my memory!

One and only post... without a question... this seems like a scam to me. I could be wrong. But, who really tags their first post?

Exhaustion!

I felt that way from fairly early [7/8 weeks] in my pregnancy with my son. Are you TTC, or is there the possibility of pregnancy? I'd probably take a test... Alternately, you may want to have your iron checked. You could also start taking a vitamin B complex as well as a Vitamin D supplement - both those help energy a great deal. Avoiding caffeine is also good, since it only gives you a temporary boost, and the crash later will hit you...

Thanks for all the advice! I found a clinic that might be able to help me I just need to come up with some cash to put down. If all else fails I'll just go back on BC for awhile even though I don't want to. I'll do it because not having a period is really unhealthly IMO.

I'm so upset still. My hair has not gotten better. My periods getting ready to come on and it seems like more hairs coming out. I'm going to be bald soon. I hate this. I brush my hair and very fine short white hairs come out. I thought it was the cats hair at first but i kept brushing my hair and its from me. Does that mean that follicle isnt going to produce a hair anymore? I'm so upset about this. EDIT: She just came on. Wow....

In pcos even spotting could be a normal period.
Has any doctor suggested going on metformin? It might help get your hormones back on track and especially help if you are pre diabetic due to insulin resistance.. Once your hormones are on track your periods might regularise.
You will need to take norethisterone tablets (I think some call it Primolut, Provera) to bring on your periods and ...

the cysts can cause pain, but the pain from my ovary is lower than that. i believe. i really think its from your cysts though, but im no expert. sometimes my pain shoos down my leg and stuff. so maybe it has to do with nerves.

Hi, Someone(s) mentioned feeling like a hypochrondriac which we all do at some point but it's when the doctors treat you like a hypochrondriac that it gets really bad. I could have been diagnosed about 2 1/2 -3 years earlier except that a OB/GYN looked at me said he wished that others would stop blaming PCOS for gyneological problems and I just needed to lose weight. I never went back to that ...

Hmmm, I'm not sure why she would ask if you've had a C-Section, but I do know that it is not too unusual for them to not be able to see an ovary. It has happened to me before too and I've never had kids. I wonder if maybe it is harder to find when people have had C-sections so that is why she was asking. I'm sure its nothing to worry about though. I also had abnormal bleeding that ...

Um, I don't know...but what exactly are you telling them about pcos and why are you telling them?
Some of the details about pcos are pretty, well gory. I know that I don't talk about it all the time with everyone I know. In fact, most people that even know I have it probably don't know much details unless they've googled it themselves.
Usually all I would say is this "I was diagnosed with ...

Ive tried to discuss my low libido issue with my Dr.- she just is like, well, that is part of what pcos does. Ive tried to discuss it with my DH, I dont know that he gets how traumatic it is to lose ones libido completely. No one ...

Don't read the internet!! LOL
I had a D&C in June for a miscarriage. I was given a spinal and twilight. I never felt a thing during it. When I woke up, I was fine. I had to wait for the spinal to wear off. Then they kept me until I went to the bathroom and ate something. They say it's normal to have a little cramping afterwards, but I didn't have any. I bled lightly for about 3 days and then ...
