Hi there! I've lost 37 pounds since May 31 using WW. It's the best thing I've ever done. I used to think a
South Beach type plan was the ONLY thing that would work because of the IR thing but I never could make it work for me and stick with a diet or eating style like that. On WW I can eat anything I want, just in moderation.

Raw food diet I just watched a youtube video of a girl that had reversed her PCOS from going on a raw food diet. COMPLETELY REVERSED IT! Now I was told by my ob/gyn that the only way to reverse this was to have a drastic weight loss. I was seriously thinking about trying this out. I wanted to know if anyone has tried this or know of anyone who has tried this??

south beach diet. I was looking at weight watchers, but I think south beach seems a better option. I'm going to get started as soon as the book arrives . I have a lot to lose, so hopefully it'll be a good choice

I used to groan when I looked at horrible photos of myself. Now I put them on the fridge and in my workout room as motivation to get an 'after' shot!

You say you havent increased your food intake but are you tracking it? Do you know
how many calories you take in each day?
The scale isnt the most reliable method at all to measure fat loss as there are a billion other factors that will come into play to give you that number. An excellent article is this one: Why the Scale Lies
