I just set up KeePass for my mum to use as she is always asking me what her credentials are for certiain applications and thought that I might as well get used to using it properly too. I have installed version 2.09 and have set up some password entries in it. I then click the URL field of one of them and my default browser opened, I was told that pressing Ctrl - Alt - A would fill in the login form from KeePass but I cn;t get that keystroke...

If you have retail, you didn't need to to lie to them. You can activate it as often as you like. What you can't do is have it installed at the same time more than once.

This is more down to poor coding from site developers than anything to do with Firefox. Where I work we effectively have to make 3 versions of our sites, the normal standards compliant version which is shown in Firefox, Chrome and Safari. With regards to point 4, no you won't be able to install it from your iPhone as it doesn't operate as removable storage for some completely bizarre reason.

can't they just cancel the prompt and it still works ok. i remember getting these prompts when i used my local library for internet access. but my usb stick still appeared just fine. not sure if there is a way to suppress the prompts at all? maybe someone else can answer that.
