Pro Tools, Cubase, Ableton, you really need a midi interface and several other bits and bobs, all in all set about £400 aside to get started.

I have Boss ME-50, which is an old model but is absolutely fantastic in terms of the range of features. All of the settings are altered by twisting knobs rather than a computerised menu system, which makes it very user friendly. Here is it:
As you can see, there is a huge range of features on offer. There is a separate pedal for distortion, modulation (phaser, flanger, chorus etc) and ...

I enjoyed the show and will be watching it for the rest of its run.

I heard about this. Why anyone would go that mental at any "gig" let alone an Arctic Monkeys(aka irritating 12 year old morons) one is absolutely beyond me.

I watched The Terminator (1984), I always used to prefer this over T2 because it felt more original, there was something raw about it. I must say, it looked very dated now but still enjoyable, I've yet to watch the end though, started falling asleep so didn't see it to the end.
I can't remember the last time I saw this, must be nearly 10 years ago, brought back some fond memories anyway.

Which is a shame, I'm sure some of the CGI was very good.

Finished disk 3 of AKO which was odd, completely different setting to the
first two, but explained it away in passing
Has anyone seen the new Ah! my Goddess TV series?
I got the third disk the other day and just watched it, so far i'm really
enjoying it as a fairly gentle, funny (but with potentially darker

Episode 14 with the Skuld vs Megumi robot battle was great
