Yeah I've seen something like that, too. In one of my installations, when I simply hover the mouse over a window in background, it brings it on the top. However compared to you, this is ****ing annoying and I don't know how to remove it!

No it doesn't work that way activations are not approved or denied based on the computers IP address. The way activation works is when Windows is activating it basically takes a snap shot of all your system hardware serial numbers and makes unique number hashes (or something like that). If it's occurring in BIOS it's definitely a hardware problem. Temps/overclock obviously doesn't apply. Right-click on MY COMPUTER and select Properties. If in XP: Click on "Computer Name", then click "Change" If in VISTA: Just click on "Change Settings" to the right of the computer name
