My graduate school is all about connections! www.miis.edu I don't know if they have official connections to campuses, but I know a lot of Japanese graduates from my school work at the Kanda University fo International Studies. There are a lot of opportunities for internships and work abroad through my school!

It's the kind of place that you buy outright and spend a decade refurbishing.(and about 100-200K in repairs by the looks of it!). Major, no TOTAL fixer project. The yard and boilers are certainly a major minus and in need of work. Replacing those with new equipment could run half of that $100-200K alone.
I'd only buy it outright for a very cheap price due to the extensive repairs that are ...

You show your respect to your friends. Always. Also, with the new party in power in Japan, NOT showing respect would have lit a fire under their asses(and rightly so I say) and gotten us a lot of fallout.
And last I checked, it's quickly becoming a Korea/Japan/Taiwan versus China scenario economically. If we want to save our bacon as well as theirs, we have to be nice to our few remaining ...

Look up " Statute of Limitations" in US and individual state law. Most states used to have a 25- or 30-yr limit on murder, which wasn't changed until the '70s in most cases (federal changes as well). Many other offenses still have such statutes.
Ex: in current Colorado law
Murder, attempt, conspiracy, or solicitation to commit murder, kidnapping, attempt, ...
