the add-in Multimap for Microsof

Downloading the add-in is not sufficient. Did you use the installer to install it as well? If Outlook wasn't fully closed during installation, restart your computer and see if it works correctly now. Otherwise, contact Multimap support. FWIW; the add-in installed and works correctly here. -- Robert Sparnaaij [MVP-Outlook] Coauthor, Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.howto-outlook.com/ Outlook FAQ, HowTo, Downloads, Add-Ins and...

Just a thought; Depending what options your ISP has on their server you could configure there to send a copy to your gmail account, then on your PC could continue using pop & your mobile gmail - you would'nt have full sycn with the two, but I guess that depends on how much use you make of mail on your phone. Thats what I've done, I only use the mobile for mail if I'm on holiday and dont need to full mail options. (I...

you can try a 3rd part tool called Advanced Outlook Repair. You can download a free demo version at http://www.datanumen.com/aor/aor.exe . I think it is a useful repair tool for you. It is easy to recover your PST file by using its wizard. It is a powerful tool to recover messages, folders and other objects from corrupt or damaged Microsoft Outlook PST files. Published (2009-10-31 06:19:00)
I would either import the pst into 2007 or add it/change to it in Data Files. Unless it is corrupt there is no reason you shouldn't be able to do either. If it is at 1.6GB's, I would assume, you may want to convert it to the current PST format as 2GB is the limit size for 97 to XP (2002) Outlook. If it is truly 1.6MB's there wouldn't be much in it to see, the empty starting size is around 200KB and with little in there I...

See if this applies to you; http://www.msoutlook.info/question/334 Considering it happens when trying to open an attachment, I suspect your virus scanner is causing this. If outlook doesn't close properly, addresses added during the current session are not saved to the file. If an NDR is returned, the address is removed (under certain conditions). How frequently is outlook closed? If its mostly up 24/7 and is only closed when it crashes or when windows updates force a reboot, the NK2 is not getting permanently updated. This is often caused ...

It will search within attachments but you'll need to have an indexer "plugin" installed which can read pdf-file. Acrobat Reader ships one but that one still doesn't work properly on 64-bit IIRC. Of course the pdf needs to contain actual words as well and isn't just an image or something. You should have no issues with Word, Excel and PowerPoint attachments though. -- ...
