Of wow - this is interesting. Ok, I'll try this. (Really good idea!!!) Also, is there a way to grab a copy of what's in the clipboard (all formats), do this, then push the previous clipboard contents back in? That way we don't kill what they have copied. thanks - dave On Mon, 28 Dec 2009 11:03:39 GMT, colbertz@online.microsoft.com (Colbert Zhou [MSFT]) wrote: >Hi Dave, > >What about automating an...

Outlook 2007 Context Menus
Published (2009-12-31 14:45:00)
If my InBox is sorted by date there are groups of items listed with labels like "Date: Last Week" or "Date: Earlier This Month". If I right click one of these group labels, I get a context menu popping up. However its creation doesn't trigger any of the six ContextMenuDisplay events, and when it closes it doesn't trigger the ContextMenuClose event. What is this context menu called, and how do you...

Hi, I have developed Excel Add-in, and have hosted the Excel into my windows form application using the ActiveX control. The Add-in that I have developed is a "Managed COM Add-In" which implements the IDTExtensibility2 interface. My question here is that I need to Load the add-in only when the Excel is hosted in my windows form (i.e inside my OLE ActiveX control). I need to get this info in the OnConnection event of...

No, I've never used a WPF form like that, only WinForms. Perhaps it's some incompatibility in WPF forms. -- Ken Slovak [MVP - Outlook] http://www.slovaktech.com Author: Professional Programming Outlook 2007. [C# / OOM] I am working on an add-in which creates local PST files to represent a business data entity. Since these are local PST files, I need to maintain the sync operations on my own. I am looking for a way to add an event handler in to the Outlook's "Fetch new mails" event so that I can perform equivalent sync operations for the business data. Any pointers on this front? Thanks, Harsha

It works fine with normal winforms. However, the issue is with the WPF window. Have u used WPF Window as a add-in form in Outlook? Thanks for your reply.
