Wordpress is actually very easy to use. However, what you want to do with it determines whether you want to host it at wordpress.com or not. I personally started three blogs there, interlinked them, and then took them down several days later. They not only will not let you have AdSense, there are other limitations as well. Basically, any blog you put there is going to be a no-profit blog unless you link to clean URL's on outside websites...

Consider turning on the ability to log in directly to your account without entering a password first. For a home computer, passwords are more of an annoyance than a tool. Unless you have small children that use your computer. But have no fear, your data is not lost. Thats great @cherise , im glad you got it to work... Another tip. as you might have trouble watching video, change your screen resolution to 800 x 600 while watching films online... it might also have a effect on updating these categories and should speed things up for you some.. I can see why you would think along this path, however; I have never heard of RAID being used to protect your data from access, it is designed to do the opposite. The algorithms are designed to reconstruct the data when there is a missing component.
