I know most people would suggest reaching out for kids or old people or out of school teens... so I'd suggest something different. I hope we can reach out to PAWS. Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) is a non government organization in the Philippines reaching out to abused or abandoned animals. They are located in National Capital Region. I think as far as I know, they are the only animal shelter here in the country or if there may...

Almost all the conflicts I have had with past roommates boiled down to three issues: 1) Who cleans what? 2) Who eats what? 3) Who sleeps when? Get those three worked out from the get go, and you should be OK so long as your roomie isn't a crimminal. Try to make sure of that, too. 1) How often do you expect cleaning to be done? Whose job is it to clean the toilet? The tub? The microwave? The dishes? The floors? Write out a schedule....

So I asked a fairly simple question about describing a worthy charity for Mahalo users to donate to , and every single charity posted so far has been incredible. So far the tips for this question are (as far as I can tell) the highest for a Mahalo question. But as this is a question for money to donate to a worthy charity, how can we bump it up to the next level? Please tweet, digg, post, or...

And we can be pretty sure that while Obama's fame will ...

The message may be wrong, but defending the right to display the message is absolutely correct. I'm not sure why the ACLU chose to participate in this particular fight, however. This is a somewhat nasty bit of hate speech they're going out of their way to protect, and schools are often given some latitude when it comes to keeping their students in ...
