Beer. I think I have answered this before in some other form. It may have been that the three pantry essentials for me were beer, rum, and cheese (the bread should be fresh). But in a pinch it's the beer I wouldn't want to do without.

I do an extremely thin version of pancakes...everybody loves them, water down the batter using milk or soy milk if you want it more healthy, the cosistency needs to be able to spread across the whole pan without getting thick. pour this very liquid batter into a very hot skillet that has been sprayed with a little oil, they cook very quickly flip and stack. start stacking them up on a plate, I put out another plate with all different types of...

Why does water taste different...
Published (2009-11-09 23:03:00)
Hmmm...I was thinking the same thing about a glass of wine not too long ago. LOL My guess is that it has something to due with the chemicals in the water and the process of evaporation. I usually don't drink my tap water because I don't like the taste; however if I leave it in the refrigerator it becomes more palatable. So a second guess would be that it has something to do with the temperature of the water.
