The sales-point of those intel gfx cards is that they can manage to deliver 2 things: A) Run Windows Aero (with significant lag). Render HD videos without stuttering That is, for the price and the specs already a feat.

Depends on how old you're talking about. But Fable, yes. I seen an associate play it with worse card on his laptop.

So there are currently 3 Notebooks in my mind, i can buy one of them, and these 3 are absolute so I'm not gonna go for another. I need to know which one is better performance wise (Gaming etc,) So the first one is the ''Acer Aspire 7540G'' - Specifications The next one is the ''HP Pavilion dv6-2030sd'' - Specifications And the last one is ''Sony VGN-NW21EF'' - Specifications...

Ok, yeah, cheers for the tips. HD space or a virus would be solved with a reinstall, but I can't see the RAM being necessary. Handy to know that it's easy, but if a vanilla Mac can't handle a daily Facebook, then I don't know what the world is coming to.

why not try the 32bit first ? I remained on 32bit even tho my PC can handle 64bit.

I never tried it but from what I know, a Linux'ed PS3 is equivalent to a PC with 256 ram. And no, you would not have the problems you asked about.

I am running The Chronicles of Spellborn in W7. You have to fix it manually though, through a patch, it does not work out of the box.

AVG was blocking me from uploading pictures and videos, so i uninstalled it. since im using windows 7 too, microsoft property, i decided to use their security software too: http://www.microsoft.com/Security_Essentials/ Not sure if it will help, but not giving me any problems now. it also helped me scanned the damn msn virus which was using my name to pass around ads, which AVG didnt ...
