I play differently accordingly to the players. If he chased you that far and hit his ace and checked it in front of you, he deserves to win an extra big bet. Long run you will make a ton on this player who checks when he hits his ace. Edit: I give him a medium PP or...

I'm trying to learn how to play LHE. Villain is 47/34/2.3 with a 14.3 3-bet over about 100 hands, so he's quite agressive. Preflop and flop and standard, I think. Should I 3-bet the turn? c/r the river? Full Tilt Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (6 handed) - Converter Tool from Preflop : Hero is UTG with K , A Hero raises , 2 folds , Button 3-bets , 2 folds , Hero caps , Button calls Flop : (9.5 SB) 6 , T , 9 (2 players) Hero bets ,...

Depends on preflop action imo.

The first hand we're waiting to hit the king or the ace and we've hit the King, plus the villain is pretty loose. I raise this turn. If he re raises and keeps betting river then I probably worry a little bit more about a bigger hand and just call him on the River. I haven't played a great deal of limit but I find myself to be a little over cautious when I'm ahead. If this is so then you're probably correct check...

I haven't played limit in forever but since this section is pretty much dead these days I guess I'll chime in anyway. I think I like a turn 3-bet in hand one and a cap pre in hand 2, but other than that I like how you played these hands, although I'm not sure about raising the flop vs. waiting for the turn in 2.

In hand 1, I prefer 3betting pre against this particular opponent. As played, I'm not really a big fan of the flop c/r. There are a lot of straight draws you're ahead of, but which still has decent equity, and he often has you dominated. You basically end up valuetowning yourself a lot. If there was an FD OTF, I would be happier to c/r. As played, I think I'd fold. In hand 2, my ...

First you need to play more hands when playing 6 handed. I haven t read skalnsky but im gunna take a guess and say his hand sugestions are for full ring 9+ players. I would suggest palying the 9 person tables if you are trying to play a tighter style. Second the rake might be very dificult to overcome at .05/.10 limit if u get rakeback u should be all right if not its something to ...

Hi, sorry if this should be in Sit N Go but it seems to be all NLHE in there. I've been mixing up a few Limit Hold Em Heads Up matches in with my NLHE ones. One thing that's really getting me is how to play when I'm down to only a few big blinds. In NLHE you can push when the times right, how do you play at Fixed? At times I've been just capping the pot pre flop and ...

Never played FR, but I'd imagine it's something like this(if it's at a level where I'm likely to be the best or one of the better regs): AJs+, 66+, QKs, AQo+
