It hasn't been hacked - because I saw the lockerz link in his signature for some time now - forgot about it. What I am going to do is issue a warning, remove the link from his signature, and hope that he behaves. <edit>Link in signature gone - PM with warning issued. </edit>

The problem with software patents is that Microsoft (one of the few with the casual resources to fight to eliminate them) is that MS themselves files software patents at as furious a pace as anyone.
