The camera should be fine. These lights will not make it brighter than daylight. You might be violating some vehicular laws by installing them, but even if that's true, I cannot imagine such rules being enforced. I suspect you can get somewhat brighter reverse bulbs. Because they are the reverse bulbs you are replacing, I doubt you can get a bulb with so much power draw it will...

Tell them to replace the bumper with OEM because your neck is starting to hurt.

Maybe the wheels are out of round or have some other defect. Do they have a hunter road force balancer? That would tell you if the wheels are bad too.

Need a little more information. Is the $20,000 coming from insurance due to a total loss, is someone buying the car, other? It depends on what is happening as to what to do.
