Definitely Christmas. I love the lights, the music, the weather, and spending all the time with family and friends. The gifts are nice too, of course! I can't wait to see Jack
get excited for Christmas like DH and I both did as kids.

At breast feeding class the nurse told us that it is your breast milk as long as it is in your blood stream. It lasts 2-3 hours per every 1
unit of alcohol. So the best time to drink is right after nursing LO. The nurse said the only real reason to pump and dump is to keep up your milk supply and avoid engorgement.

Personally I wouldn't be able to handle sticking to a schedule if it meant my baby was feeling hungry. From what I understand a lot of the schedule most people follow has to do with keeping the baby satisfied & it's not the intent to make the baby go hungry simply because it doesn't fit with the schedule. There are some moms on here that do adhere to a schedule
more than me so hopefully they ...
